The objective of my work is to make you question the foods we consume and realize how potentially harmful they can be to our health. Do this to regain responsibility and control of your life and the lives of your loved ones, especially those who are too young and, therefore, unable to make their own decisions.
"Convenience food," which is basically processed food, was introduced by giant food corporations.
Their multi-million dollar marketing campaigns try to convince us that convenience foods are not only convenient but also economical, tasty, and enhanced through the techniques of modern farming.
This couldn’t be further from the truth. The only benefit of such practices was enriching the few—while providing consumers with toxic, nutrient-void foods and depleting the topsoil. As more modern foods were introduced to the market, so was the increase in chronic degenerative illnesses such as arthritis, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, heart disease, stroke, hypertension, high cholesterol, digestive problems, and a rise in obesity.
In today’s society, we are over-fed with high-calorie, nutrient-void foods but malnourished. It is this malnutrition that causes our immune systems to be weakened, leaving us more vulnerable to illnesses.
The toxic load from the agricultural and food manufacturing businesses has contributed greatly to the pollution of our planet, an already overburdened planet with environmental pollution and an ever-increasing human accumulation of garbage. We are slowly but surely poisoning Mother Nature, the source of all that sustains life.
What nature gives us for free, big corporations dissect, process, refine, repackage, and sell back to us at a hefty price, leaving behind a polluted environment where natural plants struggle to survive. The few plants that are allowed to grow naturally are sold to us as "organic" at a high price.
Understanding that each of us is a holistic being made of body, mind, and soul, and that these components are interconnected, is the key to living a long, happy, and healthy life.
BODY: Consume what Mother Earth provides in its most natural and ideal form — whole, unprocessed, chemical-free, non-GMO, organically grown, and nutrient-dense.
This is how nature meant things to be before humans tinkered with them and made them hazardous under the guise of "convenience." Illnesses do not strike out of nowhere, but rather begin in the gut. They're the result of years of eating an unhealthy diet. The good news is that our bodies have the power to repair themselves and, in many cases, reverse the course of a degenerative disease. This can be accomplished by eating natural foods and drinking clean water, exercising regularly, and living in a pollution and radiation-free environment.
A diet like this will keep us physically fit and, more significantly, offer us the mental clarity we need to think critically.
MIND: Good health is derived not only from what we consume, but also from our emotional well-being, which requires the resolution of unresolved difficulties.
Favorable emotions have a positive effect on our health. Therefore, think optimistically. Love should fill your heart and intellect. Live a life free of fear, hatred, and rage. Remove all uncertainty, shame, and guilt from your life. Accept the past and enjoy the present by forgiving and forgetting. Don't be afraid to be yourself. Make well-considered and loving decisions. Expect good things to happen since our beliefs become our reality.
SOUL: Recognize that we are all energetic spiritual beings enjoying a brief physical experience here on Earth, and that our lives have value.
Imagine a world where children are taught what it is to live a healthy life, how to eat well, and the importance of keeping our environment clean. Imagine a generation of people with strong bodies and minds who can think clearly and positively for the benefit of future generations. Consider a world without human agony and suffering, as well as the necessity for medical treatment, pharmaceutical medications, immunizations, and hospitalization.
Perhaps we don't need to envision; we can take the first step toward making this dream a reality right now.
FACTS ON SOME OF THE FOODS WE REGULARLY CONSUME.
Milk is a healthy and nutritious food in and of itself. A better alternative to cow’s milk is goat milk, because it has a chemical structure similar to breast milk. As such, it is less allergenic, easier to digest, and may even have more nutritional value.
Commercial milk, however, is not healthy because it comes from cows that are given antibiotics and growth hormones in order to increase production. Furthermore, a very harmful bovine growth hormone called rbGH is still being given in some countries. The production of dairy products derived from commercial milk and the meat itself is something that we should also be concerned about because they will have a detrimental effect on our health.
Organic milk is seen as a better alternative. But even organic milk is derived from cows that may well have been fed harmful GMO corn containing pesticides and herbicides.
We must instead choose milk that is not only organic but also derived from grass-fed cows. Grass is a cow’s natural food, corn is not.
Pasteurization is a process in which milk is treated with heat to eliminate pathogens and extend the shelf life. Unfortunately, pasteurization also destroys milk’s many benefits. Among these is lactase, the enzyme responsible for the breakdown of lactose, a disaccharide sugar. If this sugar is not broken down, it will cause digestion problems. Many experience this as lactose intolerance. Pasteurization also destroys phosphatase, an enzyme that is crucial for the absorption of calcium. This may lead to osteoporosis, a disorder where bones become porous and brittle.
For many reasons, it is much more beneficial to consume unpasteurized, raw, and organic milk derived from grass-fed cows. To prevent the spread of disease-producing pathogens without pasteurization, all that is required is a hygienic environment where the milk is produced.
The notion that we need to consume dairy products for healthy bones is debatable because the problem of osteoporosis has not improved. In fact, some Eastern cultures that do not consume dairy products have a very low rate of osteoporosis. Their calcium intake comes from easily-absorbed plant-based vegetables like kale, which also contain other nutrients. Vitamin K is one and is needed to prevent bone weakening. We can also improve the health of our bones by simply getting enough sunshine because it increases our levels of the bone-strengthening vitamin D.
Sushi (raw fish): Is it healthy? The simple answer is no, because sushi poses many potential health dangers due to parasites, heavy metals like mercury, as well as bacteria.
If fish is served raw and was not flash frozen (the process of fish being frozen within just a few hours of being caught), chances are it has been contaminated with parasites, even when sold from shops that market their seafood as being fresh.
Even if cooked, there are concerns about the fish because it is, in high probability, farmed. Farmed fish has questionable nutritional value in spite of the fact that it is generally recognized as a good source of omega-3s. However, most likely it did not feed on omega-3-rich aquatic plants, but on GMO corn and soy.
It is also laden with antibiotics that can cause human antibiotic-resistant diseases. Farmed fish is full of diseases and parasites due to the fish being packed tightly together in fish farms that are loaded with toxins derived from their own excrements.
You may conclude that wild fish is therefore the best choice; it is, but we must be aware of the fact that a lot of wild fish contain high amounts of toxic mercury, as well as other heavy metals found in polluted seas. To minimize this risk, it is best to stay away from bigger fish and choose smaller ones instead. Atlantic mackerel, salmon and trout caught in pristine areas, Atlantic and Baltic Sea herring, and sardines from the Atlantic and Mediterranean seas are better choices.
Due to the recent Fukushima nuclear plant disaster, it is highly advisable to stay away from consuming all fish from the Pacific Ocean due to radiation contamination.
In summary, you may decide it is better to get your omega-3s from flaxseed and other plant-based sources.
GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISM (GMO).
An organic apple will look less appealing when placed beside a GM apple that has been heavily sprayed with pesticide. This is because the organic apple is natural, toxic-free, and has a much higher nutritional level and, as such, will have insect bites on it. The GM apple will instead look flawless because, being toxic, no living creature will go near it, with the exception of humans.
The organic apple is twice the price, and since we have not been made aware of the serious health consequences of consuming GM and heavily pesticide-sprayed foods, we opt for the cheaper option. Its cumulative negative effects on our health will only manifest themselves years down the road, at which point we will not make the connection between GM foods and our illness.
Sadly, genetic engineering is not confined to plants. There is now a host of modified animal life, like the fast-growing salmon, the featherless chicken, the web-spinning goat, and even a less flatulent cow. The ramifications of such irresponsible practices on our environment can be very serious, especially when these Frankenstein-like creatures start mating with their natural counterparts. This abomination may eventually take over our wildlife.
The GM crops' killing off of the vital ecosystem of insects is not making headline news.
It has implications considering that an insect like the honeybee, our most important food pollinator, is dying off.
From insects to birds and so forth up the ladder; the latest stats show a steep decline in our birthrate.
When will the time come for our own DNA to be altered by genetically modified organisms, perhaps through the guise of a timely godsend vaccine to save us all from a fear-driven "pandemic"?
Unfortunately, what I predicted a few years ago is now happening with the COVID-19 vaccinations, which are actually gene-altering injections rather than immunizations.
